San Antonio, Tx 78223 7 HOURS / 2 DAY PLAN Tues - Weds 10:00 AM -1:30 PM  Job duties include (but not limited to) Cleaning client’s home living area(s) Feeding, shopping, meal preparation Bathing, transferring, grooming, toileting, exercising, and assisting with ADL’s Assisting with medication reminders Escorting to MD appointment (if needed) Stay current with changes in provider services regulations Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older At least one year experience preferred Reliable transportation
