Acadian Ambulance Services, Inc., has an immediate opening for a part-time Runner in San Antonio, TX. The schedule of this position is predicted to be flexible with occasional weekend shifts.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver and pick up company vehicles as requested to assist fleet maintenance with the performance of preventative maintenance or repairs.
- Pick up and deliver vehicle parts and supplies.
- Review equipment on ambulance and complete equipment checklists.
- Stock ambulances with equipment, to include stretchers, oxygen bottles and other items which could weigh over 50 lbs.
- Wash company vehicles.
- Re-fuel company vehicles.
- Assist with shop maintenance—this includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, trash disposal, organizing supplies.
- Work with supervisors and crew members to coordinate the transference of vehicles to and from the vehicle maintenance shop.
- Perform all other duties as requested by supervision.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clean driving record
- Current driver’s license
