Job Title: Physical Therapy Technician


The hours for this position are Tuesday-Friday 3:30pm-7:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.

- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions.

- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.

- Educate patients on exercises and proper use of equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or physical therapy preferred.

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
