Legal Secretary

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist/legal secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law office procedures and possess strong administrative skills. This role involves managing and coordinating cases, client communication, and will serve as a receptionist for the office by greeting visitors on the phone or in person and directing them appropriately. **Minimum 1 year experience in personal injury law** Must speak Spanish. Position is in person only. 

*Responsibilities*

-Manage incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, provide case status updates to current clients

- Conduct data entry and maintain case files

- Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information

- Support team with personal injury cases

- Proofread legal documents for accuracy

- Conduct legal research as needed

*Requirements*

- Prior experience in a personal injury law office setting

- Proficient in data entry and writing skills

- Ability to conduct client interviews effectively

- Familiarity with personal injury

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Fluent in Spanish
