This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.  

• $18 per hour 
• Holiday pay per day: $220

• Daily tenure rate*: $3- $36 per day after one year of service 
• Cent per mile rate: $0.52
• Detention pay: $22.00 - $28 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $38 per stop
• Live load/unload per stop: $55 per stop

• Vendor drop: $20 per load 

Manually Entered & Manager Approved Eligible Activities:

• Chassis move:  $15 per move
• Compliance:  $22 per hour
• Cross-town moves:  $15 per move
• Empty moves:  $15-$25 per move
• Empty search:  $22 per hour
• Office work:  $315 per day
• Long haul pay:  $35 per load
• Mandatory meetings:  $28 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown:  $22 per hour 
• Rail delay:  $22 per hour
• Safety training:  $21 per hour
• Truck order not used:  $20 per occurrence
• Refused delivery:  $38 per occurrence
• Waiting on power unit:  $22 per hour
• Yard work:  $22 per hour
• New hire training pay:  $22 per hour
• Rest breaks paid at the hourly rate, plus an additional amount for the activity-based bonus payment. 
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $70,000
