San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate therapy professional who enjoys working with older adults and helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Position Details
Pay: Starting at $49.00–$50.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
Location: San Bruno, CA
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Geriatric Rehabilitation
Team: In-house rehabilitation
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, coordination, function, and independence.
Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care.
Encourage residents throughout the rehabilitation process and promote dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and facility policies.

Qualifications
Current, valid California COTA license required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
