What You'll Do

As our Shipping Specialist, you'll be the expert ensuring every outbound order leaves accurately, safely, and on time.

You'll:

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with exceptional accuracy
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation before release
• Select proper packaging to protect products throughout transit
• Create bills of lading, carrier labels, packing slips, and shipping paperwork
• Coordinate with freight carriers and internal teams to ensuretimelypickups
• Resolve shipment discrepancies before products leave the facility
• Support and train less experienced team members
• Process inventory transactions within our ERP system
• Identifyprocess improvements that reduce errors and improve efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready workstations using 6S principles
• Support inventory, fulfillment, receiving, packaging, and kitting operations as needed

• 3+ years of shipping, warehouse,logistics, or distribution experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with shipping systems, ERP software, and scanners
• Knowledge of freight carriers and outbound shipping processes
• Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience preferred
• Strong communicationand teamwork skills
• A continuous improvement mindset

Physical Requirements

• Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
