Caregivers — Real Shifts, Real Relationships | $20–22/hr
Full Time / Part Time • Orange County

We're hiring caregivers for 6–8 hour shifts, multiple days a week — the kind of schedule where you actually settle in, learn how someone likes their coffee, and become the highlight of their day instead of a stranger passing through. Steady hours. Steady paycheck. Steady people.
$20–22 per hour based on experience. Paid every two weeks — plus same-day pay through PayActiv when you can't wait until payday.
What the work actually looks like
You'll help a senior stay safely in their own home — bathing and dressing, getting around, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and being a steady, familiar face through the day. Some clients are recovering from surgery, some have dementia, some just need a dependable person in the house. We match you to the right fit and tell you exactly what you're walking into.
The best caregivers we've ever had shared one thing: they showed up when they said they would, and they noticed things. The rest we'll teach you.
What we're looking for
- Six months of caregiving experience — caring for a family member counts
- California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (easy, and we help)
- Current TB clearance
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care
