Insurance Sales Agent, Base + Commission | Career Growth Track

Farmers Insurance Division 86 is the number one ranked Farmers district in California, and we are hiring Insurance Sales Agents across our Orange County locations. This is a full sales role with real autonomy and a clear runway to advance, not a call center seat.

The Role

You will consult with clients on auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You will own the full sales cycle, including quoting, presenting, and binding policies, while building your own book of business. As your book grows, your renewal income compounds, and strong performers move up quickly.

Development and Growth

You will be paired with experienced agents and leadership who have built successful books of their own. Our structured coaching is designed to help motivated people ramp fast and build toward long term growth within the district.

Background in sales, customer service, or another relationship-driven role (licensed insurance experience not required)
Property & Casualty license preferred; Farmers will support licensing for candidates who don't yet have one
Eligible to work in the United States

Base salary plus commission, with total compensation of 65,000-105,000 USD/year
