The Interventional Business Manager (iBM) is responsible for leading a high-performing field-based team focused on driving adoption, growth, and execution of Glaukos’ interventional glaucoma portfolio across a defined geographic area. This leadership role is accountable for achieving revenue objectives, developing regional business strategies, and enhancing field effectiveness through coaching, talent development, and operational excellence. The Director partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Interventional Glaucoma, Corneal Health, Practice Integration, Strategic Accounts, and Market Access to ensure alignment and execution of key commercial initiatives. Consistent with the expectations of a senior sales leadership role, the position requires broad business acumen, strategic influence, and the ability to lead through others while managing complex market dynamics. This role plays a critical part in advancing Glaukos’ mission by strengthening customer partnerships and expanding access to innovative ophthalmic therapies.
