The Program Manager Hoag Health Labs is responsible for overall development, implementation and management of the wellness and fitness services at Hoag Health Centers. The role collaborates across the Organization and with Physicians to develop new programs and support ongoing programs in the Health Lab. This role manages and optimizes class schedules, curricula, and instructor performance to promote engagement, safety, and measurable outcomes. The role ensures the delivery of high-quality fitness assessments and coaching services and collaborates with clinical teams to enhance and support patient care plans.
Implements and provides a wide range of support to the Hoag Health Lab and Health Center(s). Focuses on developing programs and special projects identified by leadership as essential to strategic growth and organizational goals. Presents new ideas, coordinates meetings and new services launch. This role will oversee the prioritization and management of multiple projects across departments. Manages Vendor relationships and budgets for the programs.
The position is responsible for developing and sustaining partnerships with community organizations, employers, and referral sources to expand access and strengthen the health center’s presence. Organizes and assists with strategic plan development, the creation of detailed data for reviews, the collection and documentation ofservices. Gathers subject matter experts, assists with the data collection processes, and other functions and projects as assigned by the leadership. The role monitors program metrics, budgets, and compliance requirements, and coordinates closely with marketing and operations teams. This role also serves as a visible ambassador of the organization’s mission—elevating brand reputation and enhancing participant satisfaction across the communities we serve.
