An applicant for the Sign-on Bonus established by this Policy (ā€œApplicantā€) must have worked in a sales position in the timeshare industry for a minimum of three years (as determined by the company in its sole discretion) and you may be required to hold a current real estate license in the state, or territory, in which you will engage in sales on behalf of TMVC. In each state that requires a real estate license, your license must be current, valid, and in good standing.

As a Sales Executive Trainee, a typical day will include:Ā Ā 

  • Answer Owner questions regardingthe use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.Ā 

  • Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.Ā 

  • Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.Ā 

  • Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).Ā 

  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.Ā

  • Welcome and greet all guestsand anticipate and address their needs.Ā 

  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Ā

To Become a Sales Executive Trainee:Ā Ā 

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.Ā 

  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.Ā 

  • The incumbentis required tomaintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.Ā Ā 

  • One-yearrelated experience is preferred.Ā 

  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Ā
