Entertainment Crew Operations (Seasonal, Hourly)

This is a seasonal role to assist with Christmas Celebration event through 1/14/2025

Job Overview: 

• Enthusiastically represents United Parks & Resorts by displaying a positive attitude, maintaininga high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.  

• Operates and supports various aspects of park shows, venues, and special events for the Entertainment Team. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Proficiently executes audio / video / lighting cues, sound/video effects, mixes live microphones and musical instruments, operates audio / video / lighting consoles and equipment, performs stage crew duties for park shows and special events as assigned. 

• Executes all pre-show and post-show duties as outlined in the daily schedule. 

• Participates in care and maintenance of technical equipment and facilities as assigned. 

• Consistently executes direction and show cues as directed by EntertainmentLeadership. 

• Openly accepts performance critiques and feedback and adapts accordingly. 

• Maintains cleanliness of all assigned work areas. 

• Must be able to take audio and/or visual cues.  

• Maintains a safe work environment and meets safety requirements. 

• Maintains a positive and flexible attitude and adapts to changing demands. 

• Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests 

• Sets a positive example for fellow ambassadors on how to Inspire our guests. 

• Assists other Entertainment work areas within the department as assigned. 

• Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed. 

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
