About the Role:

The successful candidate will develop, optimize, and implement ligand-binding assay (LBA)–based bioanalytical methods to support the quantitative analysis of biologics drug candidates from rodent and non-human primate studies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide bioanalytical support for drug discovery and development programs.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

  • Develop, optimize, and execute LBA-based bioanalytical methods to quantify antibodies, bispecifics, and fusion proteins in biological matrices from preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) studies

  • Apply strong technical expertise in LBA/ELISA method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using MSD and Gyrolab platforms

  • Perform sample analysis, data interpretation, and clear documentation and reporting of bioanalytical results

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support preclinical studies through bioanalytical strategy, execution, and data interpretation

  • Contribute to the preparation of bioanalytical protocols, study reports, and related documentation

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or MS/MA in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline with 0-2 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred

  • Hands-on experience with ligand binding assays (LBA/ELISA) for bioanalysis

  • Experience supporting preclinical bioanalytical studies is preferred

  • Ability to execute assays, analyze data, and troubleshoot routine issues with guidance

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The pay you should reasonably expect to receive is $35.35 - $49.95 per hour. Decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
