About the Role:
The successful candidate will develop, optimize, and implement ligand-binding assay (LBA)–based bioanalytical methods to support the quantitative analysis of biologics drug candidates from rodent and non-human primate studies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide bioanalytical support for drug discovery and development programs._
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
Develop, optimize, and execute LBA-based bioanalytical methods to quantify antibodies, bispecifics, and fusion proteins in biological matrices from preclinical pharmacokinetic (PK) and toxicokinetic (TK) studies
Apply strong technical expertise in LBA/ELISA method development, optimization, and troubleshooting using MSD and Gyrolab platforms
Perform sample analysis, data interpretation, and clear documentation and reporting of bioanalytical results
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support preclinical studies through bioanalytical strategy, execution, and data interpretation
Contribute to the preparation of bioanalytical protocols, study reports, and related documentation
Requirements:
BS/BA or MS/MA in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related discipline with 0-2 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred
Hands-on experience with ligand binding assays (LBA/ELISA) for bioanalysis
Experience supporting preclinical bioanalytical studies is preferred
Ability to execute assays, analyze data, and troubleshoot routine issues with guidance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The pay you should reasonably expect to receive is $35.35 - $49.95 per hour. Decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
