Position SummaryÂ
Are you curious about how AI and data can improve real business operations? We are looking for a motivated intern or early-career professional to join our team and help support our growing AI and analytics initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn hands-on while contributing to meaningful internal and client-facing projects.
You’ll work closely with our team to support data analysis, automation, and AI adoption using the Microsoft ecosystem, while developing skills that set the foundation for your career.

Main DutiesÂ
AI & Data Support (Primary Focus)
- Assist with organizing and preparing data from business systems such as Salesforce, QuickBooks, and support platforms
- Support Power BI reporting by helping clean, model, and visualize data
- Help document data sources, workflows, and basic governance practices
- Learn how data is prepared for AI and automation use cases

Automation & AI Exposure
- Support simple automation tasks using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools
- Assist senior team members in testing and refining Copilot- or AI-enabled workflows
- Learn foundational concepts of responsible and secure AI usage in business environments

Client & Team Collaboration (As You Grow)
- Participate in internal and client discovery sessions as a supporting team member
- Help document requirements, meeting notes, and solution summaries
- Translate how technical solutions are translated into business value

What You BringÂ
Education & Experience
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience or certifications will also be considered
Qualifications & Key SkillsÂ
- ~2 years of experience through internships, entry-level roles, academic projects, or bootcamps
- Basic understanding of data concepts (tables, fields, relationships)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting tools
- Interest in AI, analytics, and business systems
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- High personal integrity and respect for data privacy and security

- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Basic experience with SQL, Python, or data transformation tools
- Coursework or certifications related to data analytics, information systems, or AI
- Experience working on group projects or client-style assignments
