Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Employment

Location: Onsite, Hybrid or Remote (San Diego, CA  92130)

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 4-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 4-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $140,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experience.
