Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial and Residential Carpenters for upcoming projects in San Diego, CA.
Pay: $28–$30/hr based on experience and skillset.

Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Construct, install, repair, and modify wood and metal framing and support systems
- Perform commercial and/or residential framing and general carpentry
- Install and finish interior elements including drywall, doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim
- Perform accurate measurements, layout, cutting, and installation
- Install siding, insulation, flooring, roofing components, and other building materials as required
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Work alongside other trades to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow company/jobsite safety requirements
Carpenter Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial and/or residential carpentry experience
- Must have own basic carpentry tools and PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work preferred
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
- Supervisory/lead experience is a plus
