  • Relationship Building: Proactively seek out Google reviews from satisfied clients to bolster our community reputation.
3. HR, Compliance & Administrative Oversight
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview caregiver candidates to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for the branch.
  • Onboarding: Lead employee orientations and manage digital onboarding workflows via WorkBright for a seamless transition from candidate to caregiver.
  • Credentialing: Audit and maintain staff credentials (CNA/LVN licenses, CPR, TB clearances, auto insurance) to ensure 100% audit-readiness.
  • Payroll & Billing: Facilitate accurate medical coding and time records to ensure timely ADP payroll processing.
  • File Integrity: Maintain secure, HIPAA-compliant records (digital and physical) that are always "audit-ready" for Joint Commission surveys.
  • Digital Presence: Assist with Social Media by creating and scheduling engaging posts to increase recruitment.
4. Clinical Partnership & Office Support
  • Nurse Support: Work with the Director of Nursing (DON) to communicate plan-of-care details and support caregiver competency assessments.
  • Administrative Operations: Greet visitors with warmth, manage multi-line phones, order supplies, and provide professional proofreading and clerical support.

Mindset: Growth-minded, proactive, and a lifelong learner who enjoys solving logistical puzzles.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; LVN, EMT, or medical background highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of documented healthcare experience or high-volume customer service/office management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Social Media; comfortable learning specialized CRM/scheduling software.
Language & Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand professional English (bilingual proficiency is a significant advantage) and communicate effectively.
Professionalism: Treats clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, presenting a positive public image while ensuring strict confidentiality and security of medical information.
Physical & Health: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Certified CPR, and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
