Penske Automotive Group is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Courier / Office Assistant to join our team. This position combines company-wide courier responsibilities with general administrative support in the Accounting Office.
The primary responsibility of this position is to safely operate a company vehicle while transporting documents, mail, supplies, and other materials between company dealerships and offices. The position will also provide administrative support to the Accounting Office and assist the Security Team with the collection of prior-day deposits from designated company locations.

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Courier & Transportation Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to transport documents, mail, supplies, and other materials between company dealerships and offices.
- Make scheduled and as-needed deliveries and pickups between designated company locations.
- Ensure all items being transported are handled securely and delivered to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and other assigned activities.
- Assist the Security Team with collecting prior-day deposits from designated company locations in accordance with established company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial documents, deposits, customer information, and other sensitive company materials.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, document handling, deposits, and workplace security.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, orderly, and properly maintained, and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Office & Administrative Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail and distribute mail to appropriate individuals and departments within the Accounting Office.
- Assist with filing, document organization, scanning, copying, and other general office duties.
- Perform data entry and data processing accurately and efficiently.
- Assist Accounting personnel with routine administrative tasks as assigned.
- Organize and handle documents and materials with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally with dealership personnel, management, vendors, and other company employees.
- Perform other general office, courier, and administrative duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle throughout the workday.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry, email, and Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Previous courier, office, administrative, accounting, or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly enter and exit a vehicle.
- Ability to lift, carry, sort, and distribute boxes, mail, documents, and office materials as needed.
- Ability to perform routine filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and other office tasks.
