As an Intelligence Operations Facilitator at Booz Allen, you’ll use your proficient problem-solving skills to mentor and train junior cryptologists on how to secure national assets through research and analysis of sensitive information. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients train on Distributed Signals Intelligence Operations in order to safeguard sensitive information, ensure national security, reduce risk, and keep the warfighter safe.

As an Operations Facilitator on our team, you’ll provide advanced technical expertise in cryptologic and information warfare mission planning, operational analysis, training support, doctrine development, and readiness assessment. The position will advise technical teams and leadership on cryptologic capabilities, operational integration, and best practices while supporting the development of operational concepts, technical documentation, training materials, and analytical products.
What You'll Work On:
Provide subject matter expertise in cryptologic operations and information warfare disciplines as it pertains to supporting information warfare wargaming in an exercise environment.
Support development and refinement of operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Prepare technical documentation, briefings, analytical reports, and recommendations.
Conduct technical planning sessions, working groups, and collaborative discussions.
Support development and evaluation of training programs and operational readiness initiatives.
Analyze mission requirements and recommend improvements to processes, capabilities, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams to integrate cryptologic capabilities into broader operational efforts.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship within assigned areas of expertise to senior staff officers and senior enlisted Sailors.

You Have:
15+ years of experience supporting cryptologic operations or cryptology within a Fleet or Navy Information Warfare mission area
Experience supporting operational planning, readiness assessments, concept development, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures
Experience with exercise scenario development, operational planning, and basic wargaming scenarios.
Experience with JWICS and Net national databases for operational research and to improve tactical scenario development for Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs)
Experience with afloat cryptologic or recent operational deployment with SSEE Increment F NEC C21A
Knowledge of latest Navy Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) methods, processes, techniques, and procedures, to include C2 organization, unit employment, capabilities and limitations, integration, and threat capabilities
Knowledge of the integration of cryptology with other Information Warfare disciplines, including the training and mentoring of senior officers and senior enlisted Sailors within Ships Signals Exploitation Spaces (SSES), Supplementary Plot (SUPPLOT), Expeditionary Plot (EXPLOT), and guidance to Afloat Cryptologic Managers
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience as instructor in formal Navy training environment or Navy Instructor NEC 805A including legacy 9502
Experience with Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF), STALLION, or other modeling tools within Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) NTB
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
