Our team takes pride in thoughtful hospitality, beautiful presentation, and smooth execution behind the scenes. 

About the Role 

This is not a traditional warehouse job. 

As an Event Operations Assistant, you’re part of the engine that keeps weddings and special events running smoothly. You’ll prep, load, and receive the equipment, décor, and service items that bring events to life. Since everything comes back to us after the event, attention to detail, organization, and pride in your work are key. 

If you like hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and want a behind-the-scenes role in the events and hospitality industry, this position is a great way to start building that path. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Pull, stage, and load event equipment accurately and on schedule
  • Work with drivers and managers to ensure on-time departures
  • Inspect, clean, and test equipment before and after events
  • Organize, restock, andmaintainevent inventory
  • Package and secure loose items for transport
  • Track missing or low-stock items and communicate needs to management
  • Assistwith linens, laundry, and dry-clean coordination
  • Wash, fuel, and helpmaintaincompany and rental vehicles
  • Support deliveries, pick-ups, pop-up events, and emergency runs as needed
  • Drive cargo van and box truck.
