Job Description:

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep on a variety of equipment within our facility. This person will work closely with our EHS team on the removal of hazardous waste materials (alcohol & d-limonene) and miscellaneous inspections.This position will do everything related to the maintenance and upkeep of a building.This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic tools and how to use them.

Essential Functions:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility equipment and systems, including electrical and mechanical systems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and systems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work requests and inventory of supplies and parts.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with other members of the Facilities team to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and team safety during maintenance and repair tasks.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the planning and execution of facility and manufacturing upgrades and renovations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures related to facility maintenance operations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist EHS team with removal of hazardous waste and miscellaneous inspections.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required Qualifications (one of the following):

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or a related field is preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance or operations repair, with a proven track record of hands-on experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in Mycronic, Ersa, DEK, MPM equipment and other related manufacturing equipment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Pick and Place, X-Ray, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, and other related manufacturing equipment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic soldering skills.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $47,500 - $88,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
