About the Role
The Financial Operations Analyst plays a critical role in helping customers maximize the value of XiFin’s financial platform. This position sits within the Finance team and focuses on analyzing customer financial data, delivering actionable insights, and educating customers on how to effectively use XiFin’s analytics, reporting tools, and financial workflows. This role blends strong financial acumen with customer engagement, requiring the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, practical guidance for customers. You will partner closely with internal analytics and customer success teams to support customer performance and drive adoption of XiFin’s financial capabilities.Â
This position will be located at our offices in San Diego, CA.

How you will make an impact:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:Â
Customer Analytics & InsightsÂ
- Drive customer enablement through training on reporting and self-service dashboards
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunitiesÂ
 Deliver insights through reports and dashboards - Partner with internal customer teams to improve customer results and satisfaction
Customer Education & EnablementÂ
- Train customers on platform analytics and reporting toolsÂ
- Simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance usersÂ
Reporting & Data SupportÂ
- Compile and validate reporting dataÂ
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reportsÂ
Financial Operations SupportÂ
- Assist with billing, reporting, and audit supportÂ
Analyze fee schedules and financial benchmarksÂ

Skills and experience you have:Â
You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or operationsÂ
- Advanced Excel skillsÂ
- Familiarity with EmpowerRCM and reporting toolsÂ
- Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Tableau, or BI toolsÂ
- Ability to apply AI tools to improve the customer experienceÂ
- Demonstrated in-depth FP&A processes knowledgeÂ

Pay Transparency
At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual salary range for this role is: $82,000.00-$90,000.00

Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Associate Specialist or Specialist title. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
