The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- A guest-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple leaders and department initiatives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating exceptional guest and team member experiences.
- Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, or a fast-paced operational environment.Â
