About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of California Bathrooms, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing innovative bath remodeling solutions tailored to their needs and vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design, present, and sell high-quality bath remodeling products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continuously develop your skills.
• Utilize our user-friendly software to create customized bath designs and solutions.
• Present pricing options, overcome objections, and close sales consistently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a strong plus.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local San Diego area.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Outgoing, articulate personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
