Job DetailsJob Location: Ace San Diego - San Diego, CA 92121Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayPosition Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by conducting virtual video surveys to assess our clients' moving and storage needs accurately. Through your effective communication skills and attention to detail, you will create personalized estimates and recommendations, ensuring that each customer receives a tailored and reliable estimate for their relocation requirements. You also establish and nurture relationships with leads and customers through effective communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails. You will collaborate closely with the registration and move coordination teams to facilitate smooth transitions for our customers, making their moving process as stress-free as possible. Conduct virtual video surveys with clients to assess their belongings, inventory, and specific moving requirements. Use all available channels, including phone calls, text messages, and emails with a goal of converting leads into booked appointments and booked moves. Build rapport with clients during video surveys, addressing their questions and concerns professionally and knowledgeably. Utilize technology tools and software to guide clients through the video survey process and accurately capture relevant details. Analyze video survey data to determine the scope of the move, including packing needs, transportation logistics, and storage requirements. Create customized and accurate estimates based on the survey information gathered. Provide comprehensive and clear explanations of the proposed moving and storage services, ensuring clients fully understand the process and associated costs. Utilize the company's HubSpot system to manage and prioritize leads for follow-up. Initiate outbound calls to leads and customers who have expressed interest in our moving and storage services. Initiate timely and professional follow-up calls, emails, and text messages to potential customers who have received estimates. Strive to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointment bookings and booked moves. Convert leads to confirmed bookings by addressing objections and providing relevant information. Continuously refine follow-up strategies and messaging for optimal lead conversion. Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to ensure timely and consistent communication. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure that the proposed services align with the company's capabilities and resources. Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in service offerings. Continuously improve surveying techniques and tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the survey process. Employ a consultative approach to sales by actively listening to customers' requirements and suggesting appropriate services that align with their needs. Provide accurate estimates based on the scope of the move. Develop a deep understanding of our range of moving and storage services, pricing structures, and additional offerings. Communicate these details clearly and effectively to customers, helping them make informed decisions. Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook. Competent with Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools for maintaining customer records. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job. 2+ years of sales experience, industry experience preferred. Ability to leverage professional networks to generate leads, within the moving and storage industry or related sectors. Ability to identify and pursue networking opportunities that align with company goals. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in video conferencing settings to preform virtual surveys with clients. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. QualificationsStorage Bonus: $100.00 bonus for all billed storage of 30 days or greater, origin or destination, that is stored at an Ace facility. Auto Shipments – Private Client Moves: $50.00 bonus on mark-up of $250 or more on Auto Shipments for Private Client Moves. Special Monthly Bonus on Estimated Linehaul: 2.5% of estimated Linehaul in any month where Salesperson’s Estimated Booked Linehaul meets or exceeds the monthly Minimum Booked Linehaul based on the seasonal percentage as set forth below:   Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sept Oct Nov Dec 6% 7% 9% 12% 14% 11% 6% 8% 8% 8% 7% 5%         Annual Linehaul Bonus: 0.5% of total linehaul sales achieved for the year, but only if Salesperson meets or exceeds 110% of Annual Linehaul Goal.  Minimum linehaul needed to achieve this Bonus is $1,100,000.
