Compensation: $70,304.00 annual base salary plus variable pay agreement, car allowance, and company provided cell phone

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

What You’ll Do

Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each member's unique goals and circumstances.
Guide members through retirement planning, investment management, income planning, insurance strategies, and wealth-building solutions.
Build and deepen long-term relationships through proactive outreach, ongoing reviews, and exceptional service.
Partner closely with branch leaders and employees to identify member needs and generate qualified referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through internal partnerships, referrals, and business development activities.
Educate members and employees on financial wellness, retirement readiness, and available investment solutions.
Ensure all client interactions, recommendations, and business activities meet regulatory and compliance standards.
Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and industry developments to provide timely, informed guidance.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investments, banking, brokerage, or a related financial services environment.
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Active Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance License.
Proven success building client relationships and growing a book of business through a consultative approach.
Strong knowledge of retirement planning, investment management, insurance solutions, and wealth accumulation strategies.
Ability to travel occasionally within the market.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field.
Experience working within a bank, credit union, or branch-based investment services environment.
