Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mechanical Design Engineer to design parts and products for IPS Group.
- Must be skilled in CAD Design and preferably trained and skilled in Solid Works CAD Systems.
- Ability to design prototypes and 3D print models for engineering testing and evaluation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Able to work independently or collaboratively and efficiently meet schedules
- Excellent communications: oral written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.Â
- Must respond proactively to training, technical support and customer service needs in line with company guidelines
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
- Be a team player and participate in mutual teaching and learning across the team.

Experience and Education:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering. Preferably 2+ years’ experience.
- Must be able to show or describe previous work as well as level of involvement in these projects.
- Preferably skilled in Solid Works CAD System Design.
- Experience in designing injection molded parts, high pressure die cast parts, sheet metal and stainless-steel part design.

Ability to perform work on a desktop or laptop computer requires manual dexterity to operate keyboards, calculators, and photocopying equipment. Ability to sit for long periods of time, concentrate on a task without being distracted, and look at a computer screen to see details at close range.
