About Us: 
We are a small patient-focused Internal Medicine Private Practice with an emphasis on women's health and geriatric care. Our compassionate, collaborative team is committed to delivering comprehensive care in a supportive and friendly environment. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join us in providing high-quality, personalized medical care.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care including exams, pap smears, minor procedures (e.g., wound care, biopsies, cryotherapy), medication management, and health education
  • Coordinate care with physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and monitor outcomes
  • Manage patient communications, refill requests, lab results, and referrals using the EHR system
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical protocols, HIPAA, and practice standards
  • Support administrative workflows and help maintain clinic efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Licensed NP in CA
  • RN license, BSN, graduate of an NP master’s or doctoral program, and national board certification
  • DEA certification required prior to start date
  • Experience in community health or managed care is a plus
