This is a 13-week contract starting ASAP, with a travel-to-perm path available for the right candidate. Think of it as a try-before-you-commit opportunity. - 36 hours/week | Full-Time
- SNF setting | Travel Contract (or Permanent Placement)
- Active CA PT license required
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
