What You’ll Do

• Lead MSK evaluations and build thoughtful plans of care
• Treat at a supported 2:1 model with two aides assisting
• See ~15 patients/day (manageable, predictable)
• Maintain continuity while staying connected to each patient’s progress
• Use outcomes data as a guide, not a quota
• Join short, meaningful weekly labs
• Mentor or be mentored — your choice

Must-Haves

• Active CA PT license (or landing soon)
• Ability to guide PTA care
• Strong communication and clean clinical reasoning

Nice to Have

• Curiosity about outpatient MSK if you're transitioning in
• Interest in mentorship or shaping clinic culture
