Job DetailsJob Location: San Diego, CA 92109Salary Range: $17.75 - $17.75 HourlyCampland on the Bay is a full-service, destination RV resort. Located in the Pacific Beach  neighborhood of San Diego, we occupy 40 prime acres on Mission Bay just east of Crown Point. The  pool attendant’s primary role is to engage with guests in order to ensure their safety and safety  of others. The attendant is also responsible for the set up and tidiness of the pool at all times  throughout the shift. This requires maintaining a pristine level of cleanliness and organization in  the following areas: Spa, Resort pool, tables, and chairs. Pays $17.50/hour. We are EOE M/F/D/V. Responsibilities and Duties: •  Set up and maintenance of pool area to include; placement and straightening of umbrellas,  chairs, and tables •  Responsible for contacting Facilities Department for any maintenance issues •  Responsible for adherence to all safety procedures as described in the basic training  sessions •  Adherence to all guests and employee injury and incident reporting policies per the TVM  Handbook •  Performs other duties as requested, developed or assigned. •  Must tolerate working outdoors for long periods, confidently and courteously approach strangers,  exercise good judgment, and be able to sit and stand for long periods •  Approximately, 18-36hr/week.           QualificationsRequired Skills:                      •  Previous customer service experience preferred •  Positive, upbeat personality works well on a team, desire to learn and able to  multi-task •  Must be able to communicate clearly in English with guests, vendors and employes to their  understanding. •  Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, morning, evening and all holidays. Required Education: •  High School Diploma or Equivalent
