New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.

This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with varied 8-hour night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with the potential option to transition to 10.25-hour shifts. Scheduling flexibility is required, including availability for weekends, holidays, and participation in the on-call rotation. This position is located at Scripps Green Hospital.

  • New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of Radiologic Tech experience)

In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:​

  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)​
  • Must remain in original department/specialty​
  • Must remain in original Job Title​
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:

  • CRT
  • FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT
  • C-Arm experience
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
