Job Title: Restaurant Server Breakfast and Lunch


Availability: Mondays and Tuesdays between the hours of 6:30am-3pm


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a pleasant dining experience through professional and attentive service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, wine, and service to enhance the dining experience.

- Accurately record orders on checks or memorize them for efficient service.

- Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses from the kitchen and bar.

- Garnish and decorate dishes in preparation for serving.

- Adhere to all policies for the responsible service of alcohol.

- Request identification from customers when their legal age is in question.

- Observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meals are completed.

- Total bills, process payments, and accept payment from patrons.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine pairing.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
