How you will contribute:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and Portfolio Management platforms to support key business functions.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data infrastructure and governance.
- Design and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Run structured intake with business units (Advisory, Client Service, Operations, Compliance, Finance) to capture requirements, prioritize backlog, and deliver analytics that answer specific business questions.
- Examine financial, client, and operational data to highlight trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, data-compelled manner.
- Support firmwide initiatives around data strategy and business planning.
- Adept at applying and integrating AI solutions within business applications to improve reporting efficiency, strengthen analytics capabilities, and support data-propelled growth initiatives.

Experience and Education:
We will consider any combination of experience and education which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be:
- Bachelorās or masterās degree, preferably in a technology field
- 5+ years of analytics and business intelligence experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to manage situations. Occasionally exert up to ten pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use near visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing documents, operating a computer, and reading. Speak and hear to communicate with team members and clients by phone and in-person.
