ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Follows Legends Global Human Resources policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions. Maintains compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Administers various Human Resources plans, programs, and procedures for all facility personnel.
• Performs full-cycle recruitment activities including writing and placing job advertisements, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientations and onboarding processes to ensure successful integration into the organization.
• Maintains accurate employee records including benefits participation, personnel transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations), and employee data required for government reporting.
• Administers payroll coordination for all venue employees on a bi-monthly basis and partners with corporate payroll to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinates or conducts training for managers on interviewing, hiring practices, terminations, promotions, performance management, safety, and harassment prevention.
• Coordinates or conducts employee training including Legends Global Customer Service Training programs.
• Advises management on the appropriate resolution of employee relations matters and escalates complex issues to corporate HR as needed.
• Responds to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Administers the Affirmative Action Plan and supports compliance reporting requirements.
• Administers performance management and salary administration programs.
• Administers benefits programs including life, health, dental, disability insurance, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leaves of absence, and employee assistance programs.
• Supports the administration of union collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and ensures compliance with all terms and conditions of applicable labor agreements.
• Partners with venue leadership and union representatives to address labor-related matters, ensuring effective communication and adherence to union contract requirements.
• Maintains familiarity with union work rules, event staffing practices, and labor-related compliance within a venue or live events environment.
• Investigates workplace accidents and prepares required reports for insurance carriers.
• Prepares employee separation documentation and conducts exit interviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
•    Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university
•    3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working in a unionized environment and supporting the administration of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with labor relations, union work rules, and coordinating with union representatives in an operational setting is a plus.
• Experience supporting HR functions for large, event-based, or hourly workforces preferred.
• Experience administering benefit programs.
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Skills and Abilities 
•    Solid knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration.
•   Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required.

•  Working knowledge of union environments and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), including interpreting contract language and ensuring compliance with union work rules.

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
•    Professional appearance and attitude are essential.
•    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
•    Workday recruiting experience or equivalent highly preferred including generating job requisitions, background checks, offer letters, onboarding, etc.
•    HR certification preferred.

COMPENSATION
This role offers a base salary range of $80,000–$90,000, plus performance-based incentives, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
