As a Dealer Relationship Representative, you’ll be the face of our company to auto and powersports dealers, introducing our products, building trust, and driving business growth. This role is best suited for a results-driven professional with skills in relationship building and a drive to exceed goals within auto finance.
In The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers in your territory while promoting company products and services to drive loan originations and market presence
- Create a strategic plan for your territory to achieve the expected targets
- Support dealers through the funding process and provide ongoing client service
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to inform strategy
- Resolve client issues and present recommendations to management
- Manage working independently across multiple platforms
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years financial services, dealer relationship management, or B2B sales
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet and phone service, with a dedicated home office setup
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record history
Preferred:
- Experience in relationship management or account management within auto finance
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to broader initiatives
- Strong understanding of credit and lending
Travel Requirements:
50–75% travel across the U.S. for dealer visits, ride-alongs, trade shows, and marketing events.
Location: San Diego, CA area
Target base salary range is $60,000-$90,000, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
