This is a key managerial role within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization, responsible for delivering the vision for ResMedās financial systems. The role acts as a strategic linkage between global finance functions and GTS at the Product Owner and business unit level, providing highāvalue consulting and guidance across major initiatives.Ā
Finance applications are delivered as products in an Agile environment. This roleĀ leadsĀ a Finance Squad responsible for building, configuring,Ā maintaining, enhancing, and supporting finance products throughout their lifecycle.Ā
Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesĀ
Partner with Global Process Owners to improve business and technical fitness of the application portfolio while minimizing ongoing support costsĀ
Act as a subject matter expert supporting application delivery and business improvements aligned with commercial and strategic objectivesĀ
Build productive relationships with Global Process Owners and key users toĀ identifyĀ and realize new sources of valueĀ
Support the development of overall GTS strategy in collaboration with the Director ā Business Applications and the Senior Director ā Finance and Business PlatformsĀ
Drive user education initiatives to enhance application adoption and support a superāuser communityĀ
Provide people leadership to squad members, developing skills and capabilities to meet current and future organizational needsĀ

Qualifications and ExperienceĀ
MinimumĀ
12+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experienceĀ
18+ years of experience in financial application support and developmentĀ
Experience implementing Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, CE, FA)Ā
3ā5 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle financial modulesĀ
Strong knowledge of financial systems and business processesĀ
Functional understanding of income statements, consolidation methods, and financial disclosureĀ
Experience working in multinational organizationsĀ
Experience documenting workflows using tools such as Visio, Miro, or Draw.ioĀ
Knowledge of accounting conventions and local legislative requirementsĀ
Bachelorās degree or equivalentĀ

At ResMed, it isĀ not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range forĀ theirĀ role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.Ā Ā A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position:Ā $162,000.00 - $242,000.00Ā USD Annual.Ā Ā
