The Opportunity
Our client—a leader in venture and growth finance—is seeking a standout associate with 4+ years of experience representing lenders in commercial finance transactions. You’ll advise top banks and private credit funds in deals that power innovation and growth.
You’ll step into a high-performing, nationally recognized team that regularly handles market-shaping transactions. Expect direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and collaboration with attorneys who are among the best in the field.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 or top-tier firm.
- Strong background in lender-side representation, particularly in venture debt and growth lending.
- Experience with financings involving technology, life sciences, or middle-market borrowers.
- J.D. from a leading law school.
- Admission to practice in NY, CA, or MA (depending on office).
