Shuttle Driver – Event Security Company

Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, DOE

We are seeking a dependable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our event security team in San Diego. This position is responsible for safely transporting employees and staff, to and from event venues while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from event locations in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to changing event needs.
• Assist with equipment transportation, when needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and event management.
• Complete required vehicle inspection reports and driver logs.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional commercial driving experience.
• Provide DMV report every 3 months.
• Clean driving record with the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current California Security Guard Card is highly desirable.
• Experience working in event operations, transportation, or security services.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
