Your Role as a Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our hotel. Your role is key in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently book reservations and coordinate with the reservations center as needed

  • Check guests in and out promptly, using up-selling techniques to maximize revenue

  • Prepare for group arrivals, VIP check-ins, and departures

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle guest records with integrity

  • Answer calls professionally and relay accurate messages

  • Address minor guest concerns with empathy and resolve them promptly; escalate major issues when necessary

  • Respond to requests quickly and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or 6-12 months of related experience

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

  • Familiarity with hospitality procedures and systems

  • Ability to lead by example and support team training

Your First Few Months

You'll start by learning the ins and outs of our property and its amenities. Soon after, you'll support and lead front desk operations while helping our team provide exceptional guest experiences. Your role will be pivotal in setting the tone for guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
