This is a hands-on systems tester role focused on executing testing activities. Will be assigned multiple software applications and may face tight deadlines. 聽 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 路 Execute test cases in accordance with test plans, project specifications, and business requirements. 路 Document, track, and communicate test results, issues, and resolutions. 路 Analyze information and workflows to identify appropriate actions, requirements, and process improvements. 路 Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers, vendors, and company personnel via phone, email, correspondence, and in person. 路 Respond timely to inquiries, messages, and requests for information. 路 Accurately enter and maintain information within company systems and reporting tools. 路 Collaborate effectively in both team and independent work environments. 路 Maintain timelines in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. 路 Demonstrate adaptability, accountability, professionalism, and a willingness to accept constructive feedback. 路 Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including overtime or adjusted schedules as needed. 路 Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS 路 Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems. 路 Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 路 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. 路 Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing business needs. 路 Experience interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. 路 Knowledge of company procedures, workflow processes, and industry operations preferred. 路 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 路 P&C insurance industry knowledge preferred. 聽 Education or Experience High School Diploma One-year testing experience and/or working in the insurance industry preferred, but not required. 聽 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Analytical, Communication, and Reasoning Skills 路 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, professional materials, and government regulations. 路 Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and procedural documentation, and effectively present information to managers, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. 路 Ability to analyze data, perform basic mathematical calculations such as percentages, premiums, commissions, and other business-related figures, and apply critical thinking to solve practical problems. 路 Ability to interpret and follow written, oral, and process-based instructions while managing multiple variables in a dynamic work environment. 路 Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Work Location: This position is required to work on-site for the first six (6) months to support training, onboarding, and business integration. Following the introductory period, the role may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work arrangement based on performance, business needs, and management approval.
