Location: 7675 Mission Valley Rd, San Diego, CA 92108
Schedule: Full-Time, Wednesday - Saturday
Salary: $ 20 - $ 25 / hour
We are a fast-paced, 24-hour emergency/specialty referral practice in beautiful San Diego California. We offer competitive compensation and great benefits for all employees. We are currently looking to add to our team and are seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to add to our new Integrative Medicine Department, who believes in high-quality veterinary medicine with the experience and know-how to make it happen.

In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Duties will include:
Assist with physical examination and patient assessments
Venipuncture and catheter placement
Surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring
Laboratory work and prescription refills
Patient recovery and compassionate care for our clients and patients
