A Thread Ahead Inc is looking for a creative and organized Graphic Designer & Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Fernando, CA! Job responsibilities
- Create Mockups and Visuals
- Create Sales Decks
- Assist with placement of orders
- Enter orders into Quickbooks
- Create shipping labels and packing slips
- Answer phone calls; Help Walk-in clients
- Manage multiple orders and projects at the same time
- Work with production to ensure orders are on track to meet ship dates
For Skills
- MUST have experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience using Microsoft Office is required. EXCEL + OUTLOOK
- Experience with Quickbooks is required.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Plus for someone who has experience with Apparel and Promo products
- Plus for someone that speaks Spanish and English
