About the Role:
Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hotel 32One’s standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming;
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures;
- Dust and wipe surfaces such as windows, doors, walls, headboards, baseboards, and furniture;
- Replace linens, towels, and guest room amenities; restock supplies as needed;
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas;
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged/missing items to a supervisor;
- Turn in lost and found items in accordance with Company procedures;
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition;
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas;
- Provide courteous and professional service when responding to guest requests; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Follow all Company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping procedures;
- Be able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed;
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting;
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling items (such as linens or carts);
- Repetitive cleaning tasks.
Lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–30 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with or without assistance
