We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Senior Manager of Technical Product Marketing to drive cross-platform GTM strategy and execution, with a focus on technical differentiation. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Marketing and you’ll collaborate closely across our Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive go-to-market success for one of the most important pillars of the Cresta platform. Responsibilities include owning the development and continuous refinement of positioning and messaging for Cresta’s technical platform, including Opera, AI models, Integrations, APIs, and security, creating sales and marketing collateral that helps clearly communicate differentiation and value. Develop and oversee technical buyer personas, advancing internal understanding and segmenting messaging to turn them into advocates in deals. Partner closely across product, sales, and marketing to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth. Introduce platform and model related innovation to the world to drive adoption and pipeline by developing market launches and enablement to support cross-functional teams. Provide data-driven insights on wins and losses to influence future roadmap priorities and optimize strategy. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience, at least 7 years of product marketing experience ideally for SaaS or B2B, experience managing cross-functional projects, excellent communication and research skills, deep domain knowledge of large language models and AI applications in enterprise, and experience marketing to technical audiences. Preferred experience includes software categories related to contact centers, customer experience, virtual agents, and hyper-growth scale-ups.
