The Community team drives community engagement and relationship building. We advocate for creatives within Adobe and drive thought leadership, engagement, and grassroots marketing programs to support our product categories. We partner with a broad set of internal organizations, including Global Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Release & Program Management, Go to Market, and Engagement & Retention. We are looking for an exceptional Creative Community Relationship Manager to grow and support the US community in support of the Creative Cloud business. This role is an exciting opportunity to build significant connections with creatives, advocate for their needs within Adobe, and cultivate a dynamic community through events, content, and collaboration. If you're passionate about supporting creatives, and have experience interacting with the creative community in-person and online, we’d love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Cultivate relationships with creatives across the US, ensuring they feel supported and connected. Organize and host community meetups (up to 50 attendees) to bring the community together with Adobe. Partner with business, marketing, product and social teams to ensure community activities support broader marketing, product and business initiatives. Advocate for customers by sharing their feedback with Adobe's product, marketing, and leadership teams. Recruit new community leaders in the US region. Develop engaging community activations and resources that share knowledge of Adobe tools, helping creatives unlock their full potential. Assist with planning and implementing community summits that strengthen relationships and supports collaboration between community members and internal Adobe teams. Coordinate NDA discussions and feedback sessions and share input back with partner teams. Collect and synthesize community feedback to ensure Adobe continues to meet the evolving needs of US-based creatives. Encourage, coordinate, and amplify community content regarding Adobe products, messaging and communities. Coordinate with global community team to find opportunities and resources to support growing the US-based creative community. Collaborate across teams and thrive in a start-up like organization within a larger corporate setting. What You Need to Succeed: BA/BS degree preferred OR 5+ years working and collaborating with US-based creatives OR equivalent practical experience. 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications. 5+ years of experience coordinating meetups and events (preferably with creative professionals). A deep understanding of the US creative culture, needs, and aspirations. Understanding of your core audience based on your own experiences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for creativity and fostering community, empowering creatives, and bridging the gap between users and internal teams. Extensive understanding of online community dynamics with a history of successfully building, fostering, and cultivating large-scale communities. Engaging and dynamic human interaction skills.
