As an AI Principal Product Manager, you willĀ identifyĀ customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends. You will take responsibility for developing an inspiring product vision. You will define customer experiences in the form of features and functionality and drive the product roadmap to meet the defined vision and execute relentlessly. Ā Once your product has launched, you will measure product and business metrics to understand your customers’ ongoing needs, increase adoption, and drive business value.Ā Ā 

In addition, you will continuously test and learn so you can create new features and products that will surprise and delight your customers. You are the voice of the customer within the engineering organization and will work with other teams to unblock roadblocks, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.Ā Ā Ultimately,Ā youĀ are accountable for shipping the product on time and making the customer happy over the long term.Ā Ā You lead People, Process, Technology.Ā 

Key Responsibilities Include:Ā 

AIĀ Product Portfolio ManagementĀ 

  • In the rapidly developing landscape of AI tools and associated investment data,Ā you willĀ manage the implementation and integration portfolio of (AI) initiatives.Ā Ā 

  • You will own gathering, understanding, and documenting critical AI initiatives. You will manage visibility to, and executionĀ ofĀ those initiatives. This includes frequent presentations to - and communication with - business stakeholders and decision makers.Ā 

  • You will manage dependencies not only across technology teams, but organizational functions that AI implementation depend on: Technology, procurement, legal, security, riskĀ management,Ā and others.Ā Ā 

  • You will lead teams to reach ambitious delivery targets and champion continuous improvement.Ā Keep pace with the world clock that AI is setting!Ā 

Product PlanningĀ through Understanding ofĀ Customer NeedsĀ 

  • You understandĀ the assetĀ management domain as it pertains to prioritization of AI initiatives and their execution.Ā 

  • You will organize and lead in-person research with customersĀ (primarily investors)Ā to gain end-to-end, real-world understanding of customer needs and product value.Ā 

  • You will drive long-term visionĀ and strategic alignment of AI initiatives.Ā 

  • You will set the direction for the user experience design for assigned products throughĀ a deepĀ understanding of customer needs.Ā 

  • You willĀ determineĀ release goals for a product portfolio or significant product, prioritize features according to customer value, and adjust throughout implementation as needed.Ā 

  • You willĀ identifyĀ issues that will keep the product from shipping on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicate to leadership; assess alternatives to resolve (ā€œpath to greenā€) and build a plan for resolution.Ā 

OperateĀ 

  • You will prepare Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with Product Marketing to communicate value created through product & process changes.Ā Ā You will support execution of GTM plans.Ā 

  • You willĀ leverageĀ analysis skills to research ambiguous problems, lead cross-disciplinary teams where necessary, and communicate recommendations to management.Ā 

  • You will continuously make operational improvements (e.g., metrics, automation).Ā

People LeadershipĀ 

  • You will articulateĀ the strategicĀ importance of vision inside and outside of the team.Ā Ā You will get people to act rapidly even when they have conflicting interests and demands on their time.Ā

  • You haveĀ demonstratedĀ experience in cross-organizational influence to advance and complete large, complex initiatives.Ā 

  • You have a track record of successful stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.  

  • You have the ability to drive innovation, standardization, and simplification in complex environments.  

  • You have excellent communication, leadership, andĀ peopleĀ development skills.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
