Position Overview:Ā
Cornelis Networks is seeking aĀ Chief Marketing OfficerĀ to lead global marketing at a critical inflection point for the company and the broader AI infrastructure market. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the executive leadership team.Ā

The ideal candidate is a technically fluent marketing leader who understands how infrastructure and systemsĀ buyersĀ think, evaluate, and make decisions. While this role does not require an engineering background, it does require the ability to engage credibly with technical customers, internal architects, and product leaders ā and to translate complex technology into clear, differentiated, andĀ accurateĀ market messaging.Ā

Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership rolesĀ
- Proven success marketing complex, technical B2B products or platformsĀ
- Strong background in networkingĀ infrastructure, semiconductors, HPC, or AI-related marketsĀ
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and communicate credibly with sophisticated customersĀ
- Data-driven,Ā creative, and execution-oriented leader with strong executive presenceĀ

- Direct experience marketing to HPC, AI infrastructure, networking, or data center customersĀ
- MBA or equivalent business leadership experienceĀ

At Cornelis Networks your base salary is only one component of your comprehensive total rewards package. Your base pay will be determined by factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and location relative to the hiring range for the position. Depending on your role, you may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, including an annual bonus or sales incentives.
