Description

This role will lead design within the AIML Data Operations communication team, crafting communication assets and experiences within the organization. You will lead and operationalize the design function to handle incoming requests ranging from design consultation to full design ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Interaction Design (IxD), User Experience (UX) Design, Digital Media Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7-10 years of experience leading design projects from ideation to completion Demonstration of strategy development that is thoughtful, clear, inspiring, and which ranges from single execution to both short and long form storytelling. Ability to transform highly complex information into meaningful and clear narratives for executive and org-level presentations

Preferred Qualifications

7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. Experience innovating and creating new design proposals based on user and business needs. Foster a culture of design excellence by inspiring and empowering the team to experiment and push boundaries. Experience in presentation design, branding, photography, video, and user experience. Understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies. The ability to approach problem solving with tenacity and flexibility.
